What is Yoga?
Yoga is one of the most effective forms of exercise there is. We can start at any age and any level of fitness. The yoga exercises build awareness of posture and body alignment, helping us to develop core strength and maintain healthy joints. Working with breath allows us to increase energy levels and calm our minds. Mentally and physically we feel stronger and more flexible.
