One thing we can be certain of in life is that change will happen. How can we navigate change with a sense of trust and confidence?
Working with simple asanas, breathing, symbolism, relaxation and reflection, the yoga practices will help you to discover, and draw on, inner resources to take you through times of change.
Before the session starts you will find it helpful to have to hand, a pen and a journal and also have some coloured crayons or pencils and paper for drawing. If you have a yoga mat, you may like to have that nearby too.
