Yoga Therapy adopts traditional yoga principles to provide relief for a wide range of health problems. It can work well with both conventional and complimentary medicine.

Practising yoga

Practising yoga stretches in a slow and measured way allows areas of tension in the body to release. The spine becomes more flexible, and this influences all systems of the body. If strengthening is needed this is also addressed.

Breathing exercises

Breathing exercises and relaxation techniques calm the nervous system and help lower the heart rate and the blood pressure.

One hour sessions

I offer one hour sessions for £45 at my home or yours. We will work on a set of exercises designed for your individual needs. I will give you a plan or a CD to work from at home.
